We can’t wait to see you at Anime Frontier! Please read through the following information so that you’re up to date on what to expect!

If you’re coming in from out of town and looking for a place to stay, you can book now in our hotel block!

Ticket Information

The QR code is not sufficient for entry; a physical ticket (in the form of a badge) is required. If you opted to have your ticket shipped, they will begin shipping in late October/early November. TICKETS ARE NOT SHIPPED IMMEDIATELY.

Tickets not shipped in advance have two options for pick-up. 1) at the Will Call table in Anime Frontier Registration or 2) at one of our retail locations.

Please keep your ticket in a safe place once you receive it. Tickets that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced or refunded; you will need to purchase a new ticket.

Merch Information

Pre-ordered 2026 merch will not be shipped and will need to be picked up on-site at our merch booth.

Vintage merch purchased with shipping before the tickets mailing deadline will be shipped out within 14 business days of your order. Please note that we are unfortunately unable to ship internationally at this time and any international vintage merch orders will need to be picked up on-site from our mech booth at the show (a valid ticket will be required).

Vintage merch purchased without shipping must be picked up on-site from the official Anime Frontier merch booth during the show.

A ticket is required to pick up unshipped merch. Unclaimed merch will not be shipped or refunded.
