LOCAL RETAILER PICKUP

Anime Frontier is working with some of your favorite local retailers to offer Official Ticket Pickup Locations all over Texas! Tickets that are marked as PICKUP can be picked up starting DATE TBA. Please be prepared to have the QR code from your confirmation email scanned by an employee.

Note that these are pickup locations only. Tickets must be pre-purchased on your personal computer or phone before they can be picked up. Complimentary tickets and/or tickets that are being shipped are not eligible for pickup. Premium AF, Kids Sunday, Press, Content Creator, Professional, Panelist, Crew, Artist and Exhibitor tickets are not eligible for pickup.

Treat your tickets like cash. If they are lost or stolen, you will be charged a fee (up to the full price of the ticket) to have them replaced.

WHY DO LOCAL PICKUP?

  • Support Local Businesses – Each Retailer will earn a commission when you claim your ticket at their business, so picking up from them is the same as making a small purchase! Oh, and be sure to browse a bit before you go!

  • Get Discounts from Retailers in our BYOB Program! – Get your ticket early and head to any of the retailers participating in our BYOB program to get discounts at local stores!

  • Avoid Mail Snafus – Are you planning on moving soon? Does your mail often get lost or stolen? Picking up your tickets locally is a secure option that puts you in control!
