ANIME FRONTIER PANEL APPLICATION

Anime Frontier presents hours and hours of panels, screenings, and special events featuring guests from the U.S. & Japan, manga and anime publishers, premiere screenings, and presentations from your fellow fans! We’re thrilled you’d like to join in bringing the yeehaw factor to Anime Frontier- Your next step is filling out the application below, which has a deadline of September 15, 2026.

*Applicants will be notified of the status of their application by October 7, 2026.

Selected panelists will receive a badge valid for admission to all three days of Anime Frontier. Please note Anime Frontier does not provide housing or travel support. Should you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].

This person will be responsible for notifying other panelists of important information sent out throughout the application process and in the lead up to the convention. An approved Anime Frontier panel comes with up to 5 Panelist badges for you and your panelists. These badges are only for those people actually participating in the program. If you need more than 5 badges, Additional Panelist badges can be purchased, but your request must be submitted via email 4 weeks before the show. If approved, we will send an email to the email that you have supplied above containing a QR code which will be valid for the # of Panelist badges you have marked here, in order to gain entry to the event. Special Requests & Agreements

I understand that I will be responsible for reviewing the Panelist Manual to understand my room setup and AV I will be working with, and I should review it 4 weeks ahead of time. I understand that I must submit a formal request for any additional needs 3 weeks before the convention, and it may not be honored. I understand that, if accepted, Anime Frontier reserves the right to adjust the time and/or location of my programming at any time.

Panelist Badge Acknowledgements:(Required)

I understand fan badges are non-refundable if I am approved for a panel application, and that I am not going to receive any refund on previously purchased fan badges. I understand that I will be sent a "digital voucher" valid for all of the badges needed for me and my panelists, in the form of a QR code. I will notify the Content Coordinator if the number of badges I need changes at least 4 weeks before the show.
