AYAKA OHASHI

A talented voice actress and musical artist, Ayaka Ohashi has voiced many famous and beloved characters across anime and video games. Her notable voice acting performances include the voices of Aki Adagaki (Masamune-kun’s Revenge), Ran Shibuki (Aikatsu!), Saya Yamabuki (BanG Dream!), Uzuki Shimamura (THE iDOLM@STER CINDERELLA GIRLS), Kaede Akino (Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story), and Fleur Blanc (EUREKA SEVEN AO)!

As a solo musical artist, Ayaka has released nine singles and two albums since her debut with the record label Lantis in 2014. Her most recent single, Daisuki, was featured as the opening theme for the 2019 anime Hensuki: Are You Willing to Fall in Love with a Pervert, as Long as She’s a Cutie? And her seventh single, NOISY LOVE POWER☆, was featured as the opening theme to the 2018 anime Magical Girl Ore.

She has performed at dozens of concerts and events both within Japan and overseas as both a solo artist and as a member of various groups. Her 2019 special solo live concert entitled Give Me Five!!!!! was held at the Pacifico Yokohama National Convention Hall, and she has performed at other large venues such as Nippon Budokan, the Metlife Dome, and the Nagoya Dome. Anime Frontier is her Texas debut!

Ayaka Ohashi will perform as part of Anime Diva Night on Friday and appear for an Anime Frontier panel and signing on Saturday.

ABOUT ANIME DIVA NIGHT
Anime Diva Night at Anime Frontier is a free concert event co-created with Japanese music company Lantis. Anime Diva Night will feature performers Ayaka Ohashi and ZAQ for an evening dedicated to anisong hits. The event will be set inside the Fort Worth Convention Center Arena, a historic venue which has been home to storied acts including Aerosmith, Bob Dylan, Pink Floyd, The Rolling Stones, and most recently BTS. General admission to Anime Diva Night is free. An Anime Frontier badge is required.

ABOUT LANTIS
Music company Lantis was founded in 1999 in Tokyo with a focus on anisong music, and it has published two decades of hit music, including themes from anime titles Azumanga Daioh, Bungo Stray Dogs, Food Wars!, Free!, GIRLS und PANZER, Genshiken, THE iDOLM@STER, Love Live!, Lucky Star, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Rozen Maiden, and Violet Evergarden. Lantis frequently collaborates with Anime Frontier’s sister show, Anime NYC, and the Anime Diva Night concert series originated at Anime NYC in 2017.
