PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION

Anime Frontier is happy to welcome professionals across the anime, manga, and Japanese pop culture industries; professionals from the American licensing, publishing, streaming, media, marketing, merchandising and voice acting worlds; and librarians, academics, and educators. We offer a Professional Badge to all approved applicants from these categories. There is NO Professional registration onsite.

Professional Badges are extended to professionals to provide access for business purposes. Professionals will be granted first access to the Anime Frontier Expo Floor each morning of the day their badge is valid. (FIRST access means that you will be let in before the GA, but not before the Expo Floor opens.)

Anime Frontier is a fan-focused event, which means your badge does NOT provide:

• Guaranteed seating for any panel or event
• Guaranteed guest autographs
• Front of line access at any panel, autographing, or event
• Access to any event that requires an additional ticket

Please be aware that if you opt to purchase a 3-Day Professional badge, you are not eligible for the Friday Only badge. You may only have one Professional badge.

If employed at a company/organization, please use your professional email address in your application to confirm your employment. If you are a freelancer or contractor with only a personal email, that is also acceptable.

• Please apply only ONCE.
• Duplicate applications will be rejected and may affect future applications.

Please only apply for your own Professional Badge. If you seek Professional Badges for additional members of your team, each must apply for their own badge. Multiple badges cannot be reserved with the same email address. Each member of your team must apply with their own email.

Professional badges are limited in quantity and approval is limited to professionally employed adults. Badges will not be issued to children, family, or guests of the professional. Anime Frontier reserves the right to limit the number of professional badges provided to each organization. Decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

You will receive an email stating whether your application is approved or not in Fall 2026. If approved, you must complete your Professional registration with the link included in that email. If you do not complete this registration link, you will not be registered for Anime Frontier.

Professional Badges are non-transferable and non-resaleable. You may not transfer, loan, or sell your Professional Badge, and any individuals conducting such behavior will be disqualified from Professional Badges at all future Anime Frontier events.

There will be NO onsite Professional registration. You MUST apply online and fully complete the application. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. It is only after your application is reviewed and approved that a Professional Badge will be issued. Anime Frontier reserves the right to approve or deny all applications, and all Anime Frontier decisions are final.
